I lead the complete lifecycle of customer service provisioning—from design through deployment and ongoing support. Architected and deployed IP Access, MPLS VPN, Internet services, and Managed Wi-Fi solutions for over 150 customers.

One of my primary contributions has been revolutionizing network operations through automation. Developed Python scripts and Ansible playbooks managing 500+ devices, automating software upgrades and security configurations.

Configured cloud connectivity services including Azure ExpressRoute and AWS Direct Connect circuits, providing enterprise customers with secure, high-performance connections.

Documentation and knowledge management are cornerstones: Handover Documents, User Acceptance Tests, and As-Built Documents reduce mean time to repair.

As Level 3 support, I serve as escalation point for NOC Engineers, leading troubleshooting efforts on MPLS and IP Transit issues.

At MainOne, I developed my foundation in service provider networking while supporting critical infrastructure services across West Africa.

Collaborated with senior engineers to design and provision IP Access, MPLS L2/L3 VPNs, Internet services, and Managed Wi-Fi solutions. Configured and maintained CPEs including Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Sophos devices.

Provided Level 1 & 2 NOC support, troubleshooting MPLS circuits and IP Transit services. Managed network monitoring for 99.8% service availability.

Took ownership of technical documentation including Handover Documents, UATs, and As-Built Documents.

Assisted senior engineers configuring over 200 IP phones using Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Participated in LAN revamp and optimization at large enterprise.

Supported LAN installations at multiple sites, gaining hands-on experience with structured cabling, network testing, and device configuration.
